Hi all, As many of you know, Laura fell on the stairs in late December and is recovering from injuries that require her to wear a neck brace for the next three months. This will significantly limit her ability to cook and prepare meals for herself. To help support Laura and Greg during this time, we've created this Meal Train to coordinate efforts and ensure she has delicious meals to help her rest and recover. If you are up for cooking, homemade meals Laura would love: -Salads with dressing on the side -Soups -Enchiladas -Lasagna Cuisines: -Salads/bowls -Thai -Vietnamese -Mexican If you would like to send delivery via Door Dash or Uber Eats, Laura likes the following restaurants: -Bounty Kitchen -Miss Pho -Indian-Nepali Kitchen -Made In House -Araya's Place -Spice Waala -Din Tai Fung -Delancey -Dantini Pizza Dietary restrictions: Please only bring vegetarian meals (no meat, fish, or fish sauce).
