Verity Folan is a dear friend who is currently battling breast cancer. She is a tough cookie but she has a long road of recovery ahead. She faces the first of a series of surgeries on April 9th. Verity generously cares for everyone around her, including her two teenage children, her fiancé, his young son, and the rest of us. I am starting a meal train to make sure that at least dinners will be taken care of for the family while she recovers from surgery.
