Love-Nourishment-and Support for Danielle and Family

Wallkill, NY, NY

Story

Danielle, such a beloved member of so many communities and villages, is in a time of need. We are hoping this page creates a way to support Danielle and her children with the things they need most during this time. Please consider giving what you can, whether it is a meal, popping over to fold a load of laundry, or helping to clean the kitchen after a hard weekend of chemotherapy.

Special Notes

Maintaining nourishment is especially important for my healing process, and I am following a keto diet. My three children also have dietary needs—they are gluten-free and dairy-free. To accommodate everyone, here are some guidelines and meal suggestions: Meal Guidelines: • Organic ingredients only (no pesticides or harmful additives). • No seed oils (please use healthy fats like olive oil, coconut oil, or ghee). • No sugar or sweeteners. • Grass-fed, pasture-raised meats and organic vegetables are ideal. • Gluten-free grains (like quinoa, rice, or gluten-free pasta) can be included on the side for flexibility. • Dairy (optional): For meals that include dairy, please use organic and raw dairy whenever possible. The kids’ meals should remain dairy-free. Meal Ideas: • Protein + Veggies Bowls: Grilled chicken, salmon, or ground beef with roasted or sautéed vegetables (broccoli, zucchini, kale, etc.). • Soups/Stews: Bone broth-based soups with veggies and grass-fed beef or chicken (like keto chili or vegetable soup). • Sheet Pan Meals: Roasted meats and vegetables with healthy fats (e.g., chicken thighs, sweet potatoes, asparagus). • Breakfast-for-Dinner: Egg casseroles (dairy-free for kids, optional organic/raw cheese for adults) with sautéed spinach or avocado on the side. • Salad Kits: Mixed greens with grilled protein, avocado, nuts/seeds, and olive oil dressing. • Mexican-Inspired Dishes: Ground beef or shredded chicken taco meat with lettuce wraps, guacamole, salsa, and sautéed veggies (like peppers and onions). Gluten-free tortillas or rice can be served on the side. If cooking feels overwhelming, I completely understand! Another way to support us is by donating toward hiring someone to prepare meals for our family during this time. Your help means so much to us, whether through a meal, a donation, or simply your encouragement and love during this journey. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for walking alongside me and my family through this season. With gratitude
