June Bug’s Spica Story

Santa Barbara, CA

Story

Help us support the Martinez family while June recovers from a fractured femur from a fall off of a small foam block at dance class. For the next month and a half, June will be in a pink spica cast healing. Nicole will be staying home to help June recover. You can support the Martinez family by having food delivered, bringing the kids gifts/activities, giving a gift card or taking Lou for a weekend outing. Thank you all in advance for the love and support. If you want to take a look what life in a spica cast looks like, take a glance at this article Nicole found: https://laurenmorrill.com/2017/07/22/so-your-toddlers-in-a-spica-cast-heres-how-to-survive/ Thank you all in advance!

Special Notes

We have no allergies, the kids (June 2yrs & Lou 4 yrs) love all kinds of food. Feel free to text Nicole for questions (310)951-0529. Gifts and activities should be something we can do seated and please don’t forget about big brother. He is making a lot of sacrifices too I.e. no more park time as a family because sister can’t partake, no more water, bounce house, beach etc when all together. Lou also loves adventure so play dates would be awesome! Also if anyone has a shirt bib or bean bag we could borrow that would be awesome too! June is 2yrs old: loves Peppa Pig, paw patrol, little people, babies, books, and art Lou is 4yrs old: he loves hot wheels, magma tile train cars, paw patrol, , fire fighters/helicopters and slime, kinetic sand etc
