For meal drop-off, Dana Brown will have a cooler in her RV where meals can be dropped and Althea will pick them up afterschool at 3pm and bring them home. Althea can return containers to the same cooler to be picked up by their owners. Dana's address is: 1306 Skyway Drive, Marshall, NC 28753. If for some reason her RV isn't there, she will leave a cooler in the bed of their old Chevvy truck instead. Dietary needs: 2 of the Steinglasses are vegetarian and eat dairy (but not eggs) while the other 3 really thrive on meat but do not eat dairy (with the exception of butter), so feel free to make meals of either option or with both options, packaged separately and labeled, all options will support their family. Other dietary requests for all are gluten-free, no brassicas (such as kale, broccoli, etc), no refined sugar (maple, honey and coconut sugar are all preferred), and organic, especially when it comes to meat and produce. Labeling the dishes with ingredients will be a help to their family.
