On the afternoon of March 12 Robert was involved in a serious motorcycle accident that left him in the ICU Trauma Unit at the University of Tennessee Hospital. He has several broken bones in his neck and back as well as fractured ribs causing him to be in a neck and back brace for weeks to come. Anyone who knows Robert knows he loves his job as a pilot but he will be unable to work for the forseeable future. Crystal has been by his side from the moment the accident happened. She is currently 2 months away from graduating Grad school and is doing her best to manage school, internships and caring for Robert and their pup, Willow. He has a long road of recovery ahead. Any help providing meals via DoorDash/UberEats Delivery, food gift cards and/or in person visits with Robert as he recovers will help immensely to take the load off of the Kirby’s as they navigate this challenging time. They both do so much for all of us so any act big or small to help them during this time is greatly appreciated!
