Leiland was born early at 33 weeks and since then he has had many issues with hospitalizations , seeing many specialist and doing plenty of therapies. Now that hes 8 we have made it to the point that surgery is needed to hopefully relieve some of the side effects from Chiari 1 Malformation. He has daily headaches his motor skills are declining sleep apnea and a long list of other diagnosis. So 12/2/24 he will have surgery to remove a troublesome ganglion cyst on his wrist that was hurting and growing causing restrictions in movement then to turn around and have his brain surgery 12/12/24. We will be hospitalized got 4+ days in peoria at osf childrens hospital . When we come home we will not be working or attending school for atleast 4 weeks. So any help would be greatly appreciated.
