Dear friends and family, Angela Zeman has been a close friend of mine for over twenty years. Throughout the years, I've watched her grow into a loving mom and wife, a dedicated teacher, and a selfless friend. In July of 2024, Angela found a mass on her tongue that turned out to be lymphoma. Since July, she and her family have gone through a lot of ups and downs with surgeries, testing.... and lots of waiting. In addition to the added stress and uncertainty, she has to travel from her hometown of Sherwood (near Appleton) to Milwaukee for every doctor appointment. After over six months, Angela now has next steps, which will include a series of radiation treatments at Froedtert hospital. Along with the physical and emotional toll that cancer (and treatment) will take, Angela and Dan will face mounting medical costs, travel expenses, and the need for daily care for their two young boys while she is recovering.
