A couple of weeks ago Frank and Norma got in a car accident on their way south. Truck is gone but they are back in MN recovering. Frank from collarbone and pinkie finger surgeries. Norma from 5 rib fractures and deep bruising. Both had concussions as well. They are currently restricted from lifting more than 3 pounds - Norma, 5 pounds for Frank. Norma is also not supposed to bend over during this time of healing her ribs. Their family is helping a lot but we have an opportunity to alleviate some of the driving, meals, and cleaning that are hard to do right now. Cleaning would be the most needed at this time but waiting for some insulation work to finish making a mess in the house. Looking to start that end of February. Meals once a week are wonderful and potentially some driving help - for example the last week of Feb. there are 4 days of therapy appointments in a row.
