Max is a hardworking guy and amazing dad who has been dealing with chronic pain for several years. After a lot of trial, error and no resolve he is now scheduled for surgery so he can get a fusion to reduce some of his pain. Max is expected to have about an 8 week recovery time while he will be unable to work and require some assistance. Any help you can offer to Max, Courtney and their blended family of 3 children, would be incredibly appreciated!
