We are posting here today as it seems the quickest way to get information out to our family and friends. After months of appointments and consultations, we found out yesterday that dad has metastatic bladder cancer in his lymph nodes. At this time daddy is very weak, losing weight rapidly and feeling very exhausted. He has chosen not to seek treatment and asked us to call in hospice. They will be here today. He seems to have a couple of good days and then a run of bad ones. He was great last Sunday and Monday, but we have been in the throes of some bad ones the last 4 days. We are asking for prayer for comfort for him and peace for us. He welcomes any visitors who may want to stop by. You all know how much he likes to visit!
