Kurtis Alonzo- the other half of @EverydayAlonzo (Christina) online. We all have been touched by Christina and her life. Now Kurtis, Christina, and Addalyn are in the fight of their lives. Christina took Kurtis to the ER on 11/20 because he had displayed some symptoms and she knew in her heart something was very wrong. After a CT he was transported to another hospital a mass in his brain was discovered. The tumor located in his left frontal lobe is not operable and after testing and biopsy they have diagnosed Kurtis with Brain Cancer. The course is treatment is radiation and chemo with the hope of adding a few years to his life. His tumor is inoperable. As you can all imagine the emotional toll this is taking on Kurtis and Christina’s immediate family and extended family is tremendous. While the family gathers the funds needed for treatment, transportation, every day expenses to fight for this extra time they are still coming up short. We ask that if you have it in your hearts to please help. We have added gift cards here to try and at least help the family with meals and gas. As more bills start to come in after insurance the Alonzo family may need more help and a drive will be considered. For now they need as much help with day to day as you can manage.
