This is Mayra; she is 21 years old, married, and has two boys! She is currently facing an unforeseen medical condition. She has been diagnosed with Malignant Neoplasm of Pancreas Body that has spread to the spleen, stomach, and liver. She will be having surgery for a total pancreatectomy and splenectomy, which will be necessary with reconstruction of veins and vessels. After this, she will also have radiation as there is no chemo that will be able to help with this. She and her husband will be out of work and will be traveling to Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN to get this done. This means more expenses for her and her family.
