On January 13th, 2025, Rachel was diagnosed with Ductal Carcinoma in Situ, a form of breast cancer. She is scheduled for a double mastectomy on February 7th, followed by a six-week recovery period, which will be challenging for both her and her family. Despite everything, Rachel remains in great spirits, facing the situation with her signature sense of humor. I’m hoping we can support her family during this time by sending meals or small gestures to bring them comfort and joy as Rachel recovers.
