Hey all! My fibroids are back and causing me lots of chronic symptoms. I am going for my third, and hopefully final, surgery. It will be a hysterectomy and because of the size of the fibroids will be an open abdominal surgery with eight weeks of recovery time after I am discharged from the hospital. I will be on an unpaid leave for my recovery and it will be a few more months before I am back to working full time (because of the nature of my work and having to build back up clientele). I am so grateful to have a partner and family support so we will be covered for mortgage and bills but it will be tight. Our community ask would be for funds to supplement food and grocery delivery. If you have capacity of funds to spare we would be grateful. If not, memes and check in texts would be greatly appreciated.
