Story
On February 3, Carl was diagnosed with myeloma, a type of blood cancer that affects the bone marrow. This news came as a shock to him and his family, but Carl is determined to fight. In the coming months, Carl will undergo extensive treatments to battle the disease. These treatments will be physically and emotionally challenging, but Carl is surrounded by a loving family and community that is committed to supporting him every step of the way. After his initial treatment, Carl will need to undergo a bone marrow transplant, which will be another crucial part of his recovery. Though the road ahead will be long, Carl’s strength and the unwavering support of his family, friends, and community give him the courage to keep going. We are grateful for your love, care, and support as Carl faces this journey. Every gesture, prayer, and act of kindness makes a difference. Thank you for being part of Carl's story.
