July 1, 2024 Brett will undergo a “live donor” kidney transplant at UT Southwestern in Dallas,Tx. The procedure is 6 hours start to finish. Dawn (Brett’s sister) was a match and she will also undergo a surgery to remove her kidney and transplant that to Brett. Brett is very fortunate/blessed to receive such an amazing gift from his sister! Prayers are welcome for both Brett and Dawn. Please pray for the amazing transplant team, their surgeries and prayers for both to have a smooth recovery! I will keep updates on this page.
