Story
On January 29th, Taylor and Brandon welcomed their beautiful twin baby girls into the world. As we all know, it takes a village to care for a baby and support the parents - so two babies means the village better be big. As of April 3rd, the girls are home and their parents are navigating the transition from 2 to 4 (or 4 to 6 if you ask Hazel and Cecil) The Mercados have loved ones near and far who are ready to support them, so this site was created to give friends and family the ability to help, regardless of location. On this site, you can find information on numerous ways to step in and help, including: -meal preferences for local, in person drop off or online order & delivery -dates they need support with specific tasks such as grocery shopping or dog walking (dates not yet added) -gift cards they can use -Taylor’s Venmo - because money is always helpful.
Special Notes
Taylor and Brandon typically shop at Sprouts, Trader Joe’s, and Whole Foods. For meal drop off, Taylor and Brandon aren’t picky and do not have food allergies. Straightforward things like lasagna, roast, tacos, chicken parm, burgers, burritos, deli sandwiches etc are great. They also enjoy Vietnamese, Korean, Chinese, and Halal food. No casseroles please. Want to send some snacks? Apples, chips, Fresca, grapes, melons, berries, cheese sticks, and beef jerky are good go-tos. For a tasty treat, fruit pies, ice cream, Oreos, caramel corn are guaranteed to hit
