She would love to hit me for doing this but she cant cause she just had major shoulder surgery. Kathy Perry NEVER EVER EVER asks for ANYTHING! But she is always the first to help others. I know this as fact cause she helped me through my cancer journey. Now she needs help. My best friend Kat who is married to Jason Perry is my ride or die friend. We have been through alot. As I see her go through her 7th surgery in a year, this particular one hits hard and hurts my heart to see her struggle. She cannot cook for her family. She never complains but I know this is killing her. I would like to eliviate the stress of at least feeding the Perry Family off her plate and let my girl heal. In the past year she has underdone a parasophogeal hernia repair with fondiplication Nissan wrap. Her stomach was in her chest cavity for years Shortly after that she underwent a brain surgery to install a coil in her brain to repair a cerebral aneurysm. Then they found a tumor embedded in her jaw that needed to be removed (non cancerous) A minor complication from her stomach surgery landed her back in another surgery to stretch her esophagus as she was having choking and swallowing issues. She then needed to go back in to have the neurosurgeon, go back into her brain to confirm that the coil was doing its job in her brain. She will need to have angiogram yearly now to watch this aneurysm to make sure there is no changes. In the midst of all this, they found that she had damage with her shoulder. Kat just underwent shoulder surgery, where they detached her bicep muscle and tendon and relocated it and repaired a tear in her bicep. They also had to repair an entrapment of the bicep under the clavicle muscle. Then they detached her pectoral, minor muscle and tendon and relocated that as well and removed very thick fascia tissue. She will remain in a sling for six weeks and undergo six months of physical therapy after that. As you can imagine all these surgeries have exhausted her body and left her, unable to do the things that she normally does during the day. She has also been left without being able to work for over six months now due to cognitive issues that the neurosurgeon is working on. I am sure she would love to have some help but would never ask. Via gift cards , door dash, dunks etc would be amazing so she can purchase food and have it Door Dashed to put lunch and dinner on the table for her family. Or you can venmo her directly and she can choose to have meals delivered from a restaurant of her choice or even purchase groceries to be delivered.
