For over three decades Clara and Steve Williams have resided in Pasadena on the edge of Eaton Canyon. Over the years there have been many wildfires, but only one close call until now. Unfortunately, the Williams family lost their home in the current blaze, along with so many other people. Steve and Clara got out of the house safely, but there was no advance notice to evacuate, so they only had time to get their cat Snuggles and their laptops. While the next days, weeks, and months are uncertain, there’s no doubt about this couple’s love for their community and history of helping friends in need. It is our turn to rally around them now.
