I've started this meal train page as a way to grow as a person, and accept help from my beautiful community. In turn, I thank you for accepting me as someone who is a picky eater. ;) I am requesting your help in ensuring that I eat only healthy foods that heal and nourish. As a rule, I eat mainly organic ingredients and prefer locally sourced and/or homegrown foods whenever possible. I love salads and soups! I'm avoiding overloading on breads and pastas. If you are not feeling like cooking but still want to nourish me, I will share some local healthy restaurants that can take care of the cooking - and relieve some pressure. A few of my favorite restaurant meals: Mendocino Farms - Pink Lady Beets and Mama Chen's salads. Healthy Creations - I love all of their Power Bowls and Wraps. Naked Cafe - you can't go wrong with any of their lunch entrees, but I especially love the sesame ginger tacos. Nectarine Grove - their famous crispy chicken salad is the best! Jimbo's - their delicious rotisserie chickens provide good protein for a lot of healthy meals; tofu summer rolls with peanut sauce are also delicious! On the less healthy side...I love the Kebab Shop Greek salad with grilled chicken kabobs Urban Plates salads are great too. And I just learned that I like all of the salads at Trader Joe’s.
