Shalum Al-Lechem! Beyt Konan's third child is here! Please help them welcome and nurture our mishpacha's new addition. We would like to provide the household with at least 7 meals over the next 2 weeks (January 25th - February 7th). Please schedule yourself below for the days you would like to contribute. To ensure we are not preparing the same meals, please include the details of the dinner you will be preparing. Let us know if you have any questions, ideas, concerns, etc. Much ahabah and lacham la'shalam!
Special Notes
Food is medicine for the body and mind and is of the utmost importance at this time. What amah eats, baby eats also. Meals rich in iron and vitamin k are suggested. Beyt Konan has also placed the following special requests 😁: -Warm, hearty stews, and curries made with bone broth -Slow cooked chicken -Well-cooked soaked grains/starches, such as quinoa, yellow potatoes, basmati rice -Soft-cooked vegetables (instead of raw veggies or salads), as these are easier on digestion. * Potatoes * Carrots * Green Beans * Onions * Garlic * Ginger * Celery * Bell Peppers * Tomatoes * Kale * Spinach * Lime Food Restrictions: NO DAIRY, CORN, LENTILS, OR CHICKPEAS!!!🚫
